COVID-19 Update: Toombs Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office

Court Updates (as of Apr. 3, 2020) – Lincoln County Criminal Trials Week (April 27 – May 1) postponed.

Today, Chief Judge Hinesley issued an Order continuing (i.e., postponing) all Lincoln County Criminal Trials scheduled for the week of Apr. 27, 2020. To review the entire Order, please CLICK HERE.

Court Updates (as of Apr. 2, 2020) – The following events have been postponed:
– McDuffie County Criminal Jury Trials (March 30 – April 3)
– Lincoln County Pre-Trials (April 2)
– Warren County Jury Trials (April 13 – April 17)

Due to the Statewide Judicial Emergency issued on March 14, 2020, by Georgia Supreme Court Chief Justice Harold D. Melton, all but essential court functions are suspended until April 13, 2020.
