The Office of Child Support Services, a Division of the Toombs Judicial District Attorney’s Office, enforces all child support cases on behalf of children and families in the state of Georgia. Toombs Judicial Circuit handles cases located in McDuffie, Warren, Glascock, Wilkes, Taliaferro, and Lincoln Counties.  Child Support staff work diligently to provide quality services that include:

​•            Locating non-custodial parents

•            Establishing paternity and court orders for child support

•            Enforcing court orders for child support

•            Collecting and distributing child support funds

​Information on Child Support cases can be obtained by contacting the Child Support Contact Center at (877) 423-4746.   This office accepts purge payments via money order or credit cards payments at the kiosk located in our lobby.
